2020 Roof Restoration
In the 2nd quarter of 2020, we started head first into the roof restoration project. The building is in dire need of a roof and we’re ready to refinish it! Purchasing the building, we knew that a roof project was on the horizon and budgeted for this to make the building perfect for it’s next tenant.
This Spartanburg SC Refurbished Warehouse started out as a major fixer upper. We knew that it would be a huge project and embraced the challenge.
A Massive Undertaking
Many people would run the other way and never even give a second thought to restoring this building. We saw the challenge and knew that it was within our reach and could be completed.
After securing the building, we got right to work and did some seriously heavy lifting. The building needed to be cleared out and cleaned before we could even get to work on plumbing and electric. What we found inside was a cross between a 1970’s time capsule and a horror movie.
With the clean-up completed, we set out to change all of the lighting to modern, low-draw LED solutions. This brightened up the building substantially and let us get to the concrete restoration and paint.
It’s been a large project that many people would run away from, but Bridgeway is an expert in restoration projects.
