Ryan specializes in Industrial brokerage servicing South Carolina Upstate markets including investment sales, project leasing and tenant representation. 

Experience

During his 18-year career in industrial real estate, Perry has completed over 600 industrial real estate transactions and has managed over 2,200,000 square feet of industrial development. 

He began his career working with CBRE/The Furman Co in 2001. The following year he made the transition to Prologis in Greenville, SC, stabilizing a 2.9 million square foot portfolio. After gaining experience with Prologis., he moved back to CBRE where he consistently achieved top producer status.
